We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialisy to join our People&Culture Team. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support hiring across scientific and business teams, and actively contribute to building high-performing teams within the biotechnology sector. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders across the organization. The position provides real impact on talent acquisition strategy and employer branding initiatives.

Please note that this position is offered as a maternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes – from the kick-off meeting with the Hiring Manager through to the offer stage
  • Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques
  • Conduct direct search activities across local and international markets
  • Assess candidates effectively, ensuring both competency and cultural fit
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain strong and positive candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analyses
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function
Your Background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment projects, including international hiring and active sourcing across global markets
  • Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media recruitment, alternative search methods)
  • Experience in the life sciences industry would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is essential
