We are seeking a Scientist to support recombinant protein production and purification within our research team. The role involves optimizing expression systems, developing purification methods, analyzing results, and documenting research outcomes. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in protein biochemistry and chromatography who enjoy working in a research-focused environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Optimization of production of recombinant proteins (bacterial, mammalian, insect cell systems).
  • Development/optimization of methods for purification of recombinant proteins.
  • Overexpression and protein purification based on the developed methods.
  • Testing the quality of the produced material.
  • Analysis of the results.
  • Documenting of the conducted research and preparation of reports.
Your background
  • MSc or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or other related disciplines.
  • Knowledge and experience with the process of the production of recombinant proteins.
  • Substantive background and experience in the field of protein chromatography (AC, SEC, IEXC).
  • Ability to work with scientific literature.
  • Knowledge of English language (B2 level).
