Key responsibilities
  • Planning and modification of synthesis pathways based on literature-patent analysis
  • Conducting organic syntheses (classic techniques, but also modern organic synthesis, photochemistry, microwaves, flow chemistry, enzymatic)
  • Optimization of leading structures in research projects
  • Defining project risks
  • Control of raw material/reagent management in the project
  • Day-to-day regular laboratory work including the set-up of experiments, analyzing data, interpretation, and reporting of the results
Your background
  • Completed university studies in the field of organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry (MSc or Ph.D.).
  • Written and verbal proficiency in the English language is required.
  • Knowledge in the field of synthetic organic chemistry
  • Team-oriented and well-organized person.
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
