Key Responsibilities
  • Providing ongoing user support and troubleshooting application-related issues.
  • Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT applications in the biotechnology industry.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting user requirements, proposing and implementing process and system improvements.
  • Acting as a liaison between end-users and developers to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Supporting quality assurance through manual testing of implemented systems.
  • Conducting user training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses.
  • Preparing and maintaining training materials, guides, and documentation.
Your Background
  • Hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of IT systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role within the IT sector.
  • Practical experience in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and provide user support effectively.
  • Experience in manual testing, preparing test cases, and documenting test results.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and to share knowledge.
  • Very good command of English with effective business communication skills.
  • Technical, computer science or related education.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
