Due to ongoing development, we are currently seeking a professional with experience in managing analytical research teams and conducting advanced laboratory studies. As a Team Leader in our analytical department, you will be responsible for overseeing research processes, setting individual objectives for team members, and ensuring compliance with GLP/GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the work of the assigned team and planning research, including preparing samples and reagents for analysis
  • Setting individual objectives for the subordinate team
  • Assessing the feasibility of studies based on documentation
  • Evaluating the documentation of completed studies
  • Preparing SOPs for laboratory processes
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and care of entrusted equipment
  • Communicating with clients regarding projects
  • Preparing analytical study proposals
  • Conducting method transfers and validations, including preparing associated documentation
  • Ensuring the subordinate team's adherence to GLP/GMP principles, health and safety regulations, and other procedures
Your Background
  • University degree in the field of Life Sciences, with a specialization in areas such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in team management
  • Experience with instrumental techniques (HPLC, GC, UV/VIS, IR)
  • Fluency in English (at least B2) and communicative Polish is a must
  • High motivation, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
