Due to ongoing development, we are currently seeking individuals with experience in analytical chemistry, specifically in the use of HPLC methods to join our team in Złotniki (near Poznań). As an Analytical Specialist in our analytical chemistry team, you will play a crucial role in Drug Discovery processes for biotech and pharma companies worldwide, including those from Europe, the USA, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analyses using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) following established protocols
  • Prepare samples and reagents for analysis
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
  • Accurately record analysis results and prepare reports
  • Contribute to the development, analysis, interpretation of results, and registration according to applicable procedures
  • Plan and execute daily analyses
  • Conduct transfers and validations of methods, including the preparation of related documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the technology team to interpret data and develop analysis strategies, as well as with clients
Your Background
  • University degree in the field of Life Sciences, specializing in areas such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in laboratory work
  • Experience in chromatography techniques (HPLC, UHPLC), is a must
  • Having practical experience in dissolution tests is advantageous
  • Fluency in English (at least B2) and communicative Polish
  • High motivation with excellent organization and attention to detail skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
